Occupy Wall Street
Is the Occupy Wall Street protest the correct action to take to raise the focus of whats happening in the USA?
Are the New York police behaving in a justified manner?

Re: Occupy Wall Street
Do the people expressing sympathy for the "Stop Wall Street" demonstrators also feel similarly about the rioters of Tottenham and other parts of London last month?
Each seems to be an inarticulate expression of rage at the way Bankers and Politicians feel they can exploit the general public at no cost to their own comfort.

Re: Occupy Wall Street
Actually I did feel some sympathy for the rioters in Tottenham. I just think they went about it the wrong way. When you start acting like a mob by looting and setting things on fire, you often lose the sympathy of the ordinary person. Everyone watching it is thinking, "Wow, what if that had been my home or business?"

They also have supporters like tax-dodging Bono to wannabe billionaire and hedge fund owner Al Gore. We know the Guardian is sympathetic, just don't mention their tax avoidance.

This is the civil disobedience which was guaranteed by the return of the Tory Party to power even though they did not receive a mandate from the electorate.
